Sets the actor's head to an orientation. The speed of the animation can be changed.

Offset Data Type Length Variable Description
0x00 float 4 Bytes yaw The horizontal orientation of the head.
0x04 float 4 Bytes pitch The vertical orientation of the head.
0x08 float 4 Bytes speed The speed at which to play the animation.
