Game Opcodes:Mass Set Item Modifier
From FFXIV Classic Wiki
Modifies an item's modifier in the player's inventory. An item is referenced by it's unique ID and the data is change all at once with a newly updated Item Modifier object. Must be sent after a Mass Set Item Modifier Begin packet. Multiple packets may be sent, with Mass Set Item Modifier End ending the series.

- Requirements - Mass Set Item Modifier Begin was sent.
